Problem: Many students, though talented are not able to achieve as per their potential due to lack of English and confidence.
Suggested Solution
1. All participants or others should identify 5 like-minded people and each identify 5 students and enable them to get over fear of English, in an un-structured way.
2. We should encourage students to participate in debates and preferably hold debates.
3. Mentor students in good writing/ speaking skills e.g. writing essay, reviews etc.
